At Soul Stretch Yoga, our intention has always been simple: to create a space where you can reconnect. To your body, your breath, and the deeper rhythm of your life. Nestled in the heart of Wilsonville, our studio was designed to feel like a soft-landing place in a busy world. A place where you can come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and at peace.


Soul Stretch was founded by Amanda Wheeler, a yoga instructor and mindful movement guide with a deep passion for helping others. Amanda’s journey with yoga began as a way to heal and find balance, but it quickly evolved into a calling. To share the profound stillness, clarity, and connection that yoga brings.


What started as a personal practice became a community — a gathering of souls ready to stretch not just their bodies, but their perspectives, their hearts, and their capacity for joy.


Yoga, at its core, is about connection — the union of mind, body, and spirit. It teaches us how to listen inwardly, to breathe through life’s waves, and to discover peace within motion. It’s this timeless wisdom that we aim to share in every class, retreat, and offering at Soul Stretch Yoga.
