Yin Yoga

If you are looking to slow down, stretch your body, and still your mind, Yin Yoga is perfect for you. 

Flow & Restore

Start your week of right with a fun flow to get your blood pumping and your mind focused. And, to balance it out, this class will end on a gentle note that is both restorative and soothing. The perfect combination.

Soulful Morning Stretch

Start your day with intention and ease. This slow, stretchy morning flow is designed to gently awaken the body, soothe the nervous system, and connect you to your breath and inner rhythm. Expect long-held stretches, mindful movement, and grounding breathwork to open the heart, release tension, and set the tone for a centered, soulful day.

All levels welcome. Perfect for those seeking a soft start to their morning with space to reflect, feel, and simply be.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a type of yoga practice that is modified to be done while sitting or standing near a chair. This class is designed to make yoga accessible to individuals with limited mobility and functional limitations. This class is focused on full body mobility and strengthening by using simple targeted movements. 

Gentle Yoga & Meditation

If you are looking for gentle movement that aims to calm your nervous system this class is for you. You will be led through slow, mindful practice along with relaxing breathwork to strengthen lung compacity and help calm, soothe & release anxiety and stress. This class is great for beginners as well as advanced yogis and is also great for those looking to gently ease back into their practice after a long break. 

Gentle Chakra Flow

This class will guide you through a slow and gentle yoga sequence using props for added support and comfort. Each week, we'll focus on a different Chakra by incorporating postures that are specific to each energy wheel to help bring about more harmony and balance. This class is gentle enough for yogis of all levels.

Core & Soul

This unique class blends soulful stretching with intentional core activation to ignite your inner fire while keeping you grounded and connected. Move through slow, mindful flows that awaken your center, release tension in the hips and spine, and cultivate strength from within.

Expect a balance of deep core work, nourishing stretches, and breath-led movement that leaves you feeling strong, open, and aligned—body, mind, and soul.

Morning Glow Yoga

Join us for a transformative sound bath experience led by Gabrielle, where you will be immersed in a symphony of healing sounds. Gabrielle incorporates a variety of instruments to create a unique auditory journey that promotes relaxation, meditation, and inner peace.
